Breathing Space | Yoga Workshop | Sunday 12 November
With increasingly hectic schedules we often forget to take a moment to just breathe. The very essence of my Prana Yoga teaching is to connect with our breath. This workshop will delve into yogic breathing practices. We will explore simple sequences to connect movement with the power of deep diaphragmatic breathing. We will also take some time to step back, observe and listen to needs of body and mind as we move into winter. This practice will calm, restore & relax.
