Breathing Space | Pranayama & Vinyasa Yoga Workshop | 23 June
Catch your breath. This 2 hour workshop we delve into yogic breathing practices to help balance the nervous system. We will explore dynamic vinyasa yoga focusing on the side body and core to strengthen from within, to open up the lungs and connect movement with breath. We will wind down with longer holds; giving us ample time to linger, reflect and evolve. This workshop is open to everyone. Space is limited however so if you are interested in coming along please book as soon as you can. There is a discounted rate available for email list subscribers. Mats and all props provided but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
