A Self Care Yoga Workshop

A practical and accessible 2 hour workshop to take care of yourself on a physical, emotional & energetic level. Through asana (poses) and pranayama (breathwork), precise alignment cues, meditation & yoga nidra, you will slow down, pay attention & transform your practice into the ultimate act of self care.
This class is open to everyone but is ideal for those who are feeling overworked, burnt out or depleted and in need of a little recalibration.
