This workshop is all about cultivating a strong foundation. Building a strong and sustainable yoga practice stems from having a solid base. Expect standing postures and a little core engagement work to help you build your practice from the ground up. We will finish will deep forward bends and a guided relaxation. On an energetic level, a solid standing practice will leave you feeling grounded, focused and calm. Open to all.
OPEN | Shoulder Workshop | 9 Dec 10.30am-12.30pm
A workshop combining hatha flow and yin yoga to explore the 360 degree range of motion in the shoulder joint. Healthy shoulder alignment allows for freedom of movement, helps to relieve strain and prevent repetitive motion injury. With practice we can unravel the tightness that results from busy, often deskbound, modern lifestyles. On an energetic level, a shoulder focused practice can help to energise and enliven body and mind. Open to all.
