This workshop is all about cultivating a strong foundation. Building a strong and sustainable yoga practice stems from having a solid base. Expect standing postures and a little core engagement work to help you build your practice from the ground up. We will finish will deep forward bends and a guided relaxation. On an energetic level, a solid standing practice will leave you feeling grounded, focused and calm. Open to all.
