A workshop combining hatha flow and yin yoga to explore the range of motion in the shoulder joint. Healthy shoulder alignment allows for freedom of movement, helps to relieve strain and prevent repetitive motion injury. With practice we can unravel the tightness that results from busy, often deskbound, modern lifestyles. On an energetic level, a shoulder focused practice can help to energise and enliven body and mind. Open to all.
