Private pregnancy yoga classes in the comfort of your own home. Sometimes getting to a pre-natal yoga class is a challenge in itself. I will come to you and we will work together at a time and pace that suits you.
As a mother and dedicated yoga practitioner, I attribute my healthy pregnancy and natural birth of my son at least in part to yoga and meditation. In fact I was still teaching my regular yoga classes at 8 months pregnant. I completed my pre-natal yoga teaching training during my own pregnancy to ensure I could fully identify with the physical and emotional effects that pregnancy has on a woman's body. Together we will explore strengthening and tension releasing postures, deep relaxation and breathing techniques to aid you during pregnancy and assist you during childbirth. Pre-Natal Yoga empowers women and cultivates an even deeper connection between you and your baby.
Every pregnancy is different and the practice will be modified to suit your needs. Suitable for mamas to be from 14 weeks until birth. Mats and props will be provided.

1 session x 90 minutes €55
6 sessions x 75 minutes €270
Sessions can also be arranged in a studio. An additional charge will apply for studio rental.
