Hold each pose for 3 to 5 minutes to ease tensions in the shoulders, hips and low back. Come to the shape that creates a moderate sensation in your body, settle in, find stillness and breath deeply. Most importantly relax your muscles and resist pushing or forcing your way into the pose.
