A few people have mentioned lately that establishing a daily mediation practice can be extremely challenging. It starts to feel like a chore when we feel we have to create time to meditate when we already have a hectic schedule. So try this... for the next 7 days join me in setting a positive intention every morning when brushing your teeth. We all have time to brush our teeth at least twice a day. Use this time to reflect and set an intention that serves you and by extension those around you. When you brush your teeth before bed take the time to reflect on the day gone by and how you applied your intention. Whether everything has gone according to plan really does't matter. All that matters is that you take the time to be mindful and recognise whatever comes up. Sleep well and start the cycle again the following day. New habits can be formed in as little as 7 days.
